Description

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

1 packet taco seasoning (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat.

  3. Mix in soup, sour cream, corn, taco seasoning, half the cheese, salt & pepper.

  4. Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 baking dish.

  5. Layer tater tots evenly on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese.

  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Make it ahead and freeze! Great for potlucks or family dinners.
Swap beef with turkey or beans for a lighter twist.
Try adding bell peppers or jalapeños for extra zing.
