- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels and crumble.
- Dice or shred the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the romaine lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes to the bowl and toss gently until well coated.
- If using optional add-ins like avocado or cheese, add them now and mix gently.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs.
