Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and prep them by shredding the chicken, dicing the avocados, and chopping the cilantro.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine, keeping the avocado chunky.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread a tablespoon of sour cream on each tortilla.
- Place a generous scoop of the chicken and avocado mixture in the center.
