Step 1: Wash and Dry the Strawberries

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
Break dark chocolate into pieces and melt it in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts. Stir until smooth. Repeat for white chocolate in a separate bowl. Optional: Add 1–2 drops of rose essence for added flavor.

Step 3: Dip the Strawberries
Hold each strawberry by the stem or insert a skewer. Dip into the melted dark chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
