Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- If using garlic or rosemary, mince and chop them finely.
- In a medium saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat. Stir well.
- Add brown sugar and salt. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Optional: Add garlic, rosemary, or soy sauce for added flavor.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once reduced by half and thickened, remove from heat.
- Let cool slightly, then transfer to a glass container.
