Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup warm filtered water (not boiling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely ground Himalayan pink salt
  • (Optional additions):
  1. 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  2. 1 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions

  • Warm your water to just above room temperature (comfortable to sip).

  • Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
