Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice tomatoes and place on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry.
  3. Sauté sliced onions in olive oil until soft and translucent. Set aside.
