Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut cream
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup white rum (optional)
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Optional: Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup shredded coconut for garnish
- Optional: Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, coconut cream, and almond milk. Blend on high speed until creamy.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and optional ground ginger. Blend again until well incorporated.

- Pour mixture into a pitcher or glass bottle. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Shake well before serving. Serve over ice and garnish with shredded coconut or cinnamon stick.
Notes
Shake well before each serving to evenly distribute spices. Use a high-speed blender for the creamiest texture. Letting the coquito chill overnight enhances the flavor.
