- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Optional: 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth (avoid soaking).
- Cut large mushrooms into halves or quarters; leave small ones whole.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss mushrooms in the mixture until well coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy; let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. For best crispiness, cook in batches if needed. Shake basket halfway for even cooking.
