  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth (avoid soaking).
  2. Cut large mushrooms into halves or quarters; leave small ones whole.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss mushrooms in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
