- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
- Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and prepare them as needed (mince garlic, squeeze lemon, etc.).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until combined.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly to emulsify the mixture.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Include optional ingredients if using (honey, dill, red pepper flakes).
- Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer to a jar with a lid for storage. Shake before each use.
