A sweet and savory Korean twist on traditional garlic bread, stuffed with creamy filling and bursting with flavor.

- 4 round bread rolls (preferably soft and fluffy)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: Chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, honey, parsley, salt, and pepper to make garlic butter.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add beaten egg and mix well.
- Cut each bread roll into 6 wedges without cutting all the way through.
- Fill the cuts with the cream cheese mixture.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over the rolls, covering all sides.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Don’t cut through the base of the rolls to keep the filling inside.
